We ship all over the world.

PLEASE NOTE: the return information listed below is for consumer (or “individual”) customers only.

This does not apply to wholesale accounts.

SHIPPING POLICY

In-stock orders ship within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship on Monday. Orders placed on Holidays will begin processing the next business day. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. All stock orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Orders placed after 12:00pm are typically processed the following business day. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. You may also choose to upgrade to expedited delivery if there are any out of stock items and its expected receipt date.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping is offered for all orders. You will be able to select express delivery via courier at check-out for an additional cost.

CONFIRMATION ON SHIPPING

When your item has been shipped we will send you an email confirming your shipment and provide you with your tracking number.

DELIVERY TIME

The actual shipping time to destination countries is based on the shipping method of your order.

  1. FREE standard rate shipping (registered express postal service) : 8-11 business days
  2. Postal courier: 8-11 business days. Delivered to your door 2 days after it arrives to your post office.
  3. Expedited rate shipping: 3-7 business days

CUSTOMS FEES & VAT TAXES

All international orders are subject to changed an additional VAT or Customs Tax, these Fees and taxes vary by country. Hammers Hill has no way of knowing what these charges will be as they vary by country and are based on the price you paid when purchasing on the Hammers hill website. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact out local customs office for further information.

Hammers Hill is not responsible for any additional charges when they occur, and by law we cannot declare prices lower than the actual values. If you used a discount code, we do honot that pricing on all intenational forms, but legally we cannot adjust anything lower than what you paid. If you used a discount code, we do honor that pricing on all international forms, but legally we cannot adjust anything lower than what you paid. You authorize us as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on you behalf) any duties or taxes owed by you.

Risk of loss and title of merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the post office or courier. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Additionally, when ordering from Hammers Hill, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared.we would like our International Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and to comply with local laws. If the order is a gift, the package is marked “Gift”, but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Refused shipments – If you decide to refuse any shipments from Hammershill.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of the returning package to Hammershill.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.

BACKORDER POLICY

If you have backordered items in your cart at checkout, those items will not be shipped to you until the item(s) are in stock and available to ship. During the checkout process, you will be able to see expected ship dates for backordered items, note these dates are subject to change.

SHIPPING ADDRESS OPTIONS

Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Either option may be selected during the checkout process. Please make sure that the correct address corresponds to the designated billing and shipping areas on the form.

LOST / MISSING PACKAGES

Hammers Hill is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

All prices on our site are listed in US Dollars, and charged in US Dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general, it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
