Hammers Hill wants to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases on this site. If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange and UNUSED products within (10) days of receiving of your purchases. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.

The product you wish to return:
• Is returned within ten (10) days of receiving the order.
• Is accompanied by the Return Form (link above).
• Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and not damaged.
• Must have all tags still attached.
• Must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories.
• Must be sent back in its original packaging.
• Items opened or returned past the 10 day return period are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Products that belong in the same order must be returned in one shipment. If all of these conditions are satisfied, Hammers Hill will refund the value of the returned product(s), sales tax included, less any original shipping costs. Hammers Hill will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; provided, however, that you will have the option to request (within thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund) that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received. Your written request must also indicate your agreement to pay for return shipping and your method of payment for such shipping. If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said thirty-day period, you authorize the provider, and any of its affiliates or agents, to dispose of such merchandise.

• Items Damaged by User
• Items without Original Tags
• Used Items


If we have made a Mistake:
Hey, we're not perfect. If we've sent you the wrong or damaged item, Hammers Hill will pay for the return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt, you may email us at info@hathoody.comand the Hammers Hill team will help you with your return.

Receiving your Refund:
Hammers Hill will begin processing your refund once we have received your returned item(s). Refunds are processed within approximately five (5) business days from the receipt of your return. Hammers Hill will send you a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used from the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one to two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the credit card company that you use.


Exchanges:
Hammers Hill will exchange your hoody once we have received your return product. Please email customercare@hammershill.com with an exchange request. Purchasers are responsible for shipping charges on items that are exchanged. Exchanges may be made on items of equal value only, less shipping charges.

PROVIDER MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN THE SITE NOR AS TO THE MERCHANDISE BEING SOLD TO YOU. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROVIDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT, AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE MERCHANDISE CONTAINED ON OUR ORDER CONFIRMATION. PROVIDER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.


Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
